SHIPPING POLICY
Spain
Marihuannah aims to ship all products within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Orders over 90€ - Free shipping.
Orders under 90€ - from 8€.
We offer an express shipping option at checkout for 20€. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 2-3 business days.
European Union
Purchases over 100€ - FREE shipping.
Purchases less than 100€ - from 10€
We offer an express shipping option at checkout for 20€. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 4-5 business days.
Rest of the world
We ship worldwide. Outside the EU the shipping time is 10-15 business days depending on the destination. Shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, in this case, it will be in charge of the buyer. Please note you need to check out your local tax rates.
For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery of all our orders is DHL Express shipping. All orders are shipped via track & trace services.
The above information will always depend on where you exactly live and the logistic situations of each country.
Please note: we don’t ship to PO boxes. Supplying a work or business address over a residential address is best practice if that’s where you spend the majority of your time during the day.
RETURNS POLICY
Marihuannah Girls aims to ensure its customers´ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
- Returns are only available on faulty or damaged items.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and when they arrive, our team will sort them out with a store credit or refund if you wish.
Submit your return request in the form below or to marihuannah@my.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP with the next steps. Simply send us your order number and what you wish to return.
Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit.
We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
PAYMENT METHODS
You will be charged EURO. Your currency will be displayed before the price. So you can pay in any currency.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron and other international credit cards.
